Delivery is £10. We enhance your dry ice pack (we add donor ice) so you can use it the following day without suffering any loss of ice. For example, if you would like 2.5kg will ensure you have 2.5kg for Christmas Day.
Office Opening Times
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. We are closed from the 24th December to the 28th December and 31st December to the 3rd January. Normal deliveries resume on Wednesday the 5th January.
Delivery Information
Please note that if your order is due for delivery and our offices are closed, you can Track Your Parcel and follow the instructions provided. DHL recommend downloading the app which provides more options and driver contact. If you have not received a confirmation of delivery by 10.00am it is advised to contact your local depot with the telephone number provided from the tracking information page.
